Where do I get accredited?

As of 9 March 2012 you may receive accreditation in the foyer of the administration tower and at the information stands at the north entrance and the entrance of CCD Ost/East. The accreditation sites are open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. There will be no advance accreditation.

Where do I find the Press Centre?

The BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL Press Centre is located in the International Lounge on the ground floor of the administration tower on Stockumer Kirchstrasse and is open from 9 to 11 March 2012 from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm daily. There you will find office equipment such as PCs, Internet access, WLAN, Fax, telephones and copy machines. Wardrobes and lockers are also available free of charge (EUR 10 deposit). Of course you will also find press information and images here, as well as food and beverages at reasonable prices. Please note that you may only access the Press Centre with a previously issued press badge.

How do I find out when press conferences are being held?

The press team will prepare a press planner for you, which you may pick up at the accreditation sites or in the Press Centre. In addition to the press conference dates during the trade fair, but also the dates for all events we have been informed of and the press contacts for the exhibitors. Press dates will also be displayed in the Press Centre and updated daily. Upon request we will mail you a press planner starting approximately one week before the trade fair begins.

How do I get photos from BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL?

We are engaging a professional photographer and will make photos from BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL available to you in an extensive photo database. The photos may be used for journalistic purposes at no charge (with source indication "Photo: Messe Düsseldorf/CTillmann"). In addition we will take your orders for photos during the trade fair at the Press Centre. Photos can be emailed to you or delivered on a CD.

Are original sound files available?

Video and audio material is available under video files or audio files.

When can I get accredited?

There will be no advance accreditation. It will only be possible to get accredited during the trade fair. To this end there will be Press Counters at all open entrances and on the ground floor of the administration tower on Stockumer Kirchstrasse. Please have your press pass or legitimisation letter ready.

Who will be accredited? What do I need?

Press badges will be issued only upon submission of a valid, internationally recognised press pass or legitimisation letter from a magazine or editorial office. Our accreditation guidelines can be found here. No assistant badges will be issued.

Where can I distribute my publications?

Unfortunately there is no possibility for distributing publications at BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL.
